Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Original packaging required

Important: The 7-day return window starts from your delivery date, not the purchase date.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation

Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  2. Get authorization - Receive your return authorization number
  3. Package item - Securely package your item with all accessories
  4. Ship back - Use the provided return label or your preferred carrier

Tip: Keep your tracking number until your return is processed for your records.

Shipping & Costs

Return shipping details:

  • Free returns - We provide prepaid return labels for defective items
  • Customer responsibility - Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility for change of mind returns
  • International returns - Additional customs fees may apply
  • Processing time - Allow 5-7 business days for return processing

Free return shipping applies to defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.

Refunds & Processing

Refund processing information:

  • Processing time - Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Payment method - Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Partial refunds - May apply for items not in original condition
  • Shipping costs - Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective

Please note: Bank processing times may vary and can take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include shapewear, lingerie, or innerwear once worn or tried on, as well as any items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable.” Gift cards, promotional giveaways, or discounted items are also not eligible for return or refund. We strongly encourage customers to review product details, sizing charts, and images carefully before placing an order.

Final sale items are clearly marked and cannot be returned or exchanged.
